At Lavúra, we stand by the quality and care of our handcrafted products. However, if something isn’t quite right, we’re here to make it right.
You have 30 days from the date of purchase to request a return or exchange. To qualify, your item must be unused, in its original condition, and packaged in the original Lavúra packaging.
We do not accept returns on items that fall under the following non-returnable categories:
Gift cards
Downloadable or digital products
Health and personal care items (opened or used)
Items marked as final sale
We also do not accept returns of intimate, perishable, or hazardous goods, or those containing flammable liquids or gases.
Partial Refunds
In select cases, partial refunds may be approved if:
The item shows visible signs of use
The product packaging is missing or damaged
The item is not in its original condition
Your return is initiated after 30 days
How to Request a Return
To initiate a return, please email us at info@lavura.store with your order number and reason for return. Once approved, we will guide you through the return process.
Please do not ship the item back to the manufacturer directly.
A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, you will receive an email confirming the approval or rejection of your refund.
Approved refunds will be automatically credited to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
If your refund is delayed, kindly verify with your bank or payment provider before reaching out.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund:

2. Contact your credit card company – processing time may vary
3. Reach out to your bank for confirmation

Sale Items
Items marked as “Sale” or purchased during promotional events are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
Exchanges
We only replace items that are defective or damaged. If you need to request an exchange for the same item, email us at [support@lavura.store] and mail your product to our return address (provided upon approval.
Shipping Your Return
To complete your return, ship the item to the address we provide upon approval. Please note:
You are responsible for paying your own return shipping costs.
Shipping fees are non-refundable.
If your refund is approved, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your total refund.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, especially for high-value items.
Lavúra is not liable for returns lost in transit.
